Refund Policy

At Moss & Mutt, we want you and your pup to love every product you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you’d like to return

  • the reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • used chew toys

  • damaged items caused by wear or misuse

  • final sale items

  • gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • the item

  • the packaging

  • your order number

We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing

  • additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.

Sustainability

To help reduce unnecessary waste and returns, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and carefully review all damaged-item requests before issuing replacement
